The workflow to solve
Courier operations involve shipment booking, label printing, return handling and separate user access. These tasks need an organised workflow that can be reached from the web or a dedicated app.
What I built

- Web and mobile app: Access the courier portal in your browser or use its dedicated mobile application.
- Multiple couriers, one portal: Book shipments with connected courier companies from one account. More Pakistani courier integrations are planned.
- Custom A6 labels: Print shipping labels in a custom A6 format for clear, practical parcel labelling.
- Return management: View returned parcels in a separate portal section, with automatic email notifications to customers.
- Individual user accounts: Each user has their own profile and access, while admins can oversee user accounts.
- Account onboarding: Users provide their CNIC number and complete the required registration formalities when creating an account.
Delivered outcome
Users can book shipments, generate A6 labels and handle returns within their portal, with separate user access and admin visibility.
